TEACHER ORIENTED WORKSHOPS
Our teacher-oriented program aims at developing a deeper understanding of concepts and pedagogy, mathematical concepts and pedagogical aspects. This is organized and performed in Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata, Indore, and Chandigarh.
SCHOOL LEADERS
One of the key factors that determine the quality and culture of learning is the school’s leaders. Jodo Gyan conducts workshops in the areas of Maths policy for Pre Primary, Primary and Middle School. These policy guidelines help School leaders to take appropriate academic decisions related to Maths education.
RESIDENTIAL TRAINING
Every year Jodo Gyan organizes residential workshops for private school teachers, Maths coordinators and Academic coordinators from NGOs in Delhi. The idea behind all these workshops is to bring change in the way children are being taught Maths. We believe every child in the country should understand what they are learning.
EDUCATIONAL FAIRS
Education fairs help parents to interact with Jodo Gyan Team in procuring appropriate learning material for their children. These are conducted regularly in Delhi/NCR at schools like Pathways, Sriram, The Heritage, Shikshantar, G.D. Goenka, American Embassy School, The British School, DPS, Shiv Nadar Schools etc.
PARENTS WORKSHOPS
We recognize the importance of sharing our perspective with the parental community, hence we created this platform where parents can participate in our effort to reform Mathematics education. These workshops are mainly conducted in schools or at Jodo Gyan resource center at Jia Sarai.
TEACHER EDUCATORS
One of the major strategies to extend the reach out is through conducting the mentoring workshops for Teacher Educators. We engage with Teacher Educators from the government sector, the NGO sector, and private schools.
MATH TOOLKIT PROGRAM
More than 100 private schools follow Jodo Gyan Math Toolkit Program. This program helps teachers to introduce activities for teaching a very concept from Pre School to Grade 7.
CURRICULUM DEVELOPERS
We provide support in content & pedagogical development for curriculum designers in the Pre Primary, Primary and Middle school.
