Cancellation & Refund Policy
- In the unlikely event that a product ordered by a customer is not available in stock, payment will be refunded.
- No return / refund for a confirmed order.
- If the product delivered is damaged or incomplete or wrong material has been sent, it will be replaced. If the original product is recalled, Jodo Gyan will bear the cost of recall. Such complaints will be entertained only if they are lodged within one week of the delivery and found valid.
- Refund / replacement will be initiated as soon as we receive the product from you.
